亚历山大·C. 亨德森 is an Associate Professor in the Department of Public and Nonprofit 政府. His current research focuses on front-line 政策的实施 in public and nonprofit organizations, 规则和自由裁量决策, 人事管理, and collaboration and inter-organizational relationships. He is a research fellow of the Center for Organization Research and Design (CORD) at Arizona State University; an academic fellow of the Local Government Workplace Initiative (LGWI) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill; and previously served as a chief administrative officer, 运营官, 导演, and volunteer with several nonprofit organizations in the Philadelphia area.
