纽约What are your career goals / academic goals?
I am currently working at Marist in the 本科 入学 Office, and I am looking to grow in my field. I have taken on more responsibilities with our student workers and on campus visits this year, and I am really enjoying it!
Why did you choose to pursue your graduate degree at Marist? Why did you choose to pursue this degree program?
I chose to pursue my graduate degree at Marist because I knew many graduates from the program who shared that their degree has helped them grow in their career. I chose the Integrated Marketing Communications program because I wanted to study the marketing side of communications, as well as expand my knowledge in the growing world of communications.
Tell us about a project or course that was particularly meaningful to your professional development / academic development.
I really enjoyed working with my group members in the Social Media Planning course. It was exciting to plan out a social media calendar for a brand.
Tell us about a meaningful experience you had at Marist as it pertains to your degree (whether that be with a Professor, Marist service, Scholarship opportunity, 等.).
Professor Boyle was such an incredible professor throughout the program, and although her class was tough, I think it gave myself and my group members the chance to think outside of the box and expand our thought processes.
What advice would you give to a student considering pursuing this degree at Marist?
I would encourage students looking into this degree to think about their time management skills. It took a lot of planning to go through the program successfully, but it is so worth it in the end!
